Yogananda Foundation started the humanitarian work toward self-reliance for the disabled members of the Wangnua Disabled Group, at Lumpang Province, northern city of Thailand. The result has been very successful for only 5 months time.
The foundation has built a new center “Yogananda Foundation Chiang Dao Center
for the Disabled” to serve the disabled people at Chiang Dao District, 70 K.M. north
of Chiang Mai. The service commenced on 24 October 2007.
…the aim is to follow one of the teaching of Paramahansa Yogananda to serve mankind as one’s larger Self - to love and to help those who are in need.
