“The task to help the disabled is very important because people with disability do not want to become disabled, but rather prefer to be able to help themselves. If we do not support them to make a living and earn income for their family,  it will be a heavy burden in the family and to the society. Therefore the appropriate policy is to assist them to become self reliance, so that, they in turn, will benefit to the society.”
