Getting to know those in need of help…
Thailand is a country similar to many developing countries in the world. There are
people that live comfortably and the poor people. The disadvantage people are still
struggle to live. Some are fortunate enough to receive support from organizations or government structure; many are left out to fend with little strength.
Some families have to find way to obtain food each day and a few days are without.
How can these sad ordeals happen in a country with a vast green land to grow enough
rice to support large part of the world population? We can only conclude that it is from
the imbalance society.
If this is the touching truth that hurt us enough, then the next truth will break our hearts!
The disabled children and adults… hundreds, thousands, hundred thousands, even million…
are swimming in the dried up river of life.

Not enough service to support the disabled persons and the family nightmare.
Not enough schools for them to go to.
Not enough money to help their daily living.
Not enough many things to do any thing for them.
Most of them live off way below poverty level. Many have to stay and look after the children or the disabled family members for years – unable to earn a living. Some must leave their family unattended in order to go out and earn a living.
Government, NGO – all pitch in trying to help what they can…
But the disabled people need more than what the help can give.
There are more than 1.1 million people with disabilities in Thailand.
The only way they can make it with a decent living is to make a living.
